Ultra-processed foods increase the risk of Diabetes by 40%, reveals a new study on almost 10 million people!

Researchers found highly suggestive evidence that eating more ultraprocessed foods (UPFs) raised :
⏩ the risk of obesity by 55%
⏩ sleep disorders by 41%
⏩ development of type 2 diabetes by 40%
⏩ the risk of depression by 20%

There's a lot at stake. While the clear solution is to cook whole food at home, giving up the convenience of UPFs is not easy to do!
