An observational analysis of GoCoCo members proves our app drives objective health improvements, especially for those who need it most. Among users with type 2 diabetes, 84% improved their A1C or lost weight, with highly engaged, poorly controlled users (A1C > 8.0%) achieving a massive 2.7 percentage point drop in blood sugar. On the scale, members lost an average of 7 lbs, scaling up to 21 lbs for higher weight brackets. By using our Food Scanner and Meal Tracker to replace ultra-processed foods with real food, members make the invisible visible. While this wasn't a clinical trial, the data is clear: consistency and accountability with GoCoCo directly correlate with life-changing metabolic results.
